A. We bill your patients using your State's billing guidelines for medical records requests.
Q. How do we do make money?
A. Volume! That's right we handle records requests for several medical offices and we do it as efficient as possible. Our staff is trained to know the HIPPA guidelines and know what information should be sent and what should not be sent.
Q. There has to be some fee?
A. No. No setup cost. Nothing to buy. We sign a HIPPA release for your practice and we get a login and access to your EMR and we can begin.
